JMP's assessment supports planning application for replacing a multi-storey car park in Westminster with a mixed use development
A new scheme, developed by project architect Squire and Partners, proposes the redevelopment of a Westminster site to include 60 private and affordable residential units above ground floor retail, a health centre and also a redeveloped Westminster City Council streetsweepers depot. Secure basement car parking for 50 vehicles on two levels and cycle parking will be provided.JMP has provided transport and highways consultancy
