Why do I have condensation on ceramic tile floors when the heating system is off?

You are experiencing a typical problem of buildings that stay cool without the use of air conditioning. Your ICF building has a high thermal mass, which is a great thing because it can balance heat swings, allowing you to stay cooler during hot summer days without the use of air conditioning. The condensation is a direct result of allowing fresh outside summer air in. Opening the windows actually makes it worse. Let me explain this.
