AGC: Mica’s Highway Bill Shows Promise But Forgets Funding Shortfall
The chief executive officer of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Stephen E. Sandherr, commended Chairman Mica for his proposed multi-year transportation reauthorization proposal called A New Direction.
