Tesoro finishes repairs to Golden Eagle refinery after crude unit fire

San Antonio-based refiner Tesoro Corp. has completed repairs on the crude unit at its Golden Eagle plant in Northern California following a fire, wire service Bloomberg reports, citing a person familiar with its operations.
