Trulia's Chief Economist Jed Kolko looks at the latest numbers from the Trulia Price Monitor and finds that asking home prices are up 11.5% year-over-year nationally, but price gains are slowing down in 68 of the 100 largest metros and fell in 11 metros in the most recent quarter.
