Sibley contractor arrested for fraud
The Minden Press -Herald reports 38-year-old Michael Sean Maloney was taken into custody by Webster Parish deputies following complaints filed by two home owners saying Maloney, owner of Mustang Specialty Builders , took payment for construction of a shop building and did not complete the job nor return the money.
