Scarcity of for-sale units suppresses momentum
Reuters' Lucia Mutikani puts up an analysis on how supply constraints could take some edge off home sales during the spring selling season, but the housing market recovery should remain intact. Scarcity will continue to buoy prices until capacity picks up and inventory swells a bit.
