The home sold for more than $3.3 million on Nov. 28. In the four counties of Southwest Ohio - Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont - there were 1,546 closings in November, up 24.3 percent from 1,244 closings a year ago, according to the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors .
