Granite Receives Full Notice to Proceed for Houston Light Rail Project
[Business Wire] - Granite Construction Incorporated announced today that in conjunction with the execution of the Full Funding Grant Agreement, the Houston Rapid Transit Joint Venture team , has received full notice to proceed on the $1.2 billion contract from the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County for expansion of the existing light rail transit system in Houston, Texas.
