Fit for Kings: Third+Bond Is Brooklyn’s Second LEED Platinum Building

Last week, Brooklyn’s Third+Bond condominium development in Gowanus earned Kings County’s second LEED Platinum rating from USGBC. (You may recall the first: Park Slope’s Silhouette condominiums, a 5500-square-foot development that we’ve written about previously here at gbNYC.)
