Three Weeks Left to Comment on EPA Stormwater Rule
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is extending the public comment period from June 24 to July 11, 2011, for the draft Construction General Permit to regulate stormwater discharges, giving stakeholders additional time to review the draft permit and provide comments.
