Construction Unemployment Dips to 17.8 Percent in April
In a month when the private sector added the most jobs in five years, the construction industry experienced modest gains, adding 5,000 jobs in April according to the Labor Department’s employment report. Construction’s 17.8% unemployment rate for April is down from 20% in March and down from 21.8% the same time last year. (More at ForConstructionPros.com . . . )
