Given that my wife is pregnant how long should we wait for new hardwood floors to offgas?

We renovated and put in Stained Red Oak hardwood floors. The house is in N. California so we can keep the windows open often. Our wall paints are No VOC
The Stain isn't low VOC but the clear coats are no VOC.
