New parts centre to boost Hitachi's aftersales

Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe (HCME) has announced a £10.5m investment which will triple the size of its European parts operation with a move scheduled for April 2011. The parts operation will move from its existing 7,600m2 facility at Oosterhout in the south of The Netherlands, down the road to a 53,000m2 facility (22,000m2 covered) previously owned by Citroën.
